Early Registration Costs: August 4, 2023 – August 25, 2023, $180.00 Member; $220.00 Nonmember. Payments for early registration must be received online or postmarked by August 25, 2023. Early registration is encouraged.
Regular Registration Costs: August 26, 2023 – September 11, 2023, $220.00 Member; $240.00 Nonmember. Payments must be received by September 22, 2023.
Registration includes conference materials, ID badge, Wednesday lunch and afternoon break, Thursday lunch and afternoon break. Registrations received after the deadline will not be accepted. Substitutions may be made. Cancellations will not be refunded if canceled after September 29, 2023.
To pay as a member, you must be paid the current membership year (July 2023 - June 2024).

Hotel Reservations and Rates:
Once your full registration AND payment is received, you will receive a confirmation letter with a link to reserve your hotel room at the government per diem, currently $107/night plus taxes and fees. PLEASE NOTE: The prior room rate you may have already reserved of $98/night has been changed to $107/night, based on government per diem rates that are in effect on 10/1/2023. Room reservations MUST be made by 9/12/2023, or until room block is exhausted. Hotel cancelation requires a 72 hour notice. See your confirmation letter for more information re: hotel cancelations.
Parking: For those staying at the hotel, self-parking is $5 per night. For those not staying over, parking is complimentary.
