**PLEASE NOTE: THIS REGISTRATION IS FOR BPRO CONFERENCE ATTENDEES ONLY, IF YOU ARE ATTENDING THE VASWP OR POSSESS PORTION YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER THROUGH THOSE ORGANIZATIONS**
2023 Spring BPRO Conference Information:
Registration Fees:
Early Registration Costs: $180.00 Member; $225.00 Non-member; Payments for early registration must be received online or postmarked by March 3rd, 2023. Early registration is encouraged.
Regular Registration Costs: March 4, 2023 –March 24, 2023, $205.00 Member; $250.00 Non-member. Payments must be received by March 24, 2023.
Registration includes conference materials, ID badge, Monday lunch and afternoon break, Tuesday breakfast, lunch and afternoon break, and Wednesday breakfast. Registrations received after the deadline will not be accepted. Substitutions may be made. Cancellations will not be refunded if canceled after April 14, 2023.
To pay as a member, you must be paid the current membership year (July 2022 - June 2023).

ALL attendees must complete their registration link below. Registration is ONLINE only with a “pay now’ option, and a “pay later” option. You will not receive the hotel link to reserve your room until registration is PAID.

Hotel Reservations and Rates:
Once your full registration AND payment is received, you will receive a confirmation letter with a link to reserve your hotel room at the government per diem, currently $130/night plus taxes and fees. One night’s room and tax is required at reservation. Hotel cancelation requires a 72 hour notice. See your confirmation letter for more information re: hotel cancelations.
Parking:
For those staying at the hotel, self-parking is $15 per night. For those not staying overnight, parking is available at several area parking lots.
