August 2016 Board Meeting

The August BPRO Board and Committee Chair Training is coming to Staunton.

• If you are a committee chair member, please let us know if you can attend.We will be having a guest speaker and a great training agenda is planned for all chairs.
• If you are a PD President or you have a representative please let us know if you are attending.We will have a guest speaker prior to our new and improved board meeting.
• There will be door prizes, updates on VaCMS and information on Fall Conference.

Your new Executive Board are looking forward to meeting and greeting each and every member that arrives in August.
 
Our 2016-2018 Motto is “Give back to our Members” , so we will be looking to you for ideas and suggestions on how we can fulfill our commitment.
Now for the DULL STUFF
 
If you are attending and need a room, please please let Tina Caldwell Eheart know by the end of the week, she needs to make the reservations and have a count for the most important item: 
The food   So let’s help her out and let her know if you are able to attend.
