You are likely experiencing problems with viewing BPRO documents if you are using an older version of Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser. This is due to changes that have been made to the external site on which we've been storing these documents. That site now fully supports only Internet Explorer 9 or higher.
All of these stored documents are in the process of being transferred directly to bprova.weebly.com web pages and this should resolve your issue. In the meantime, you may have some success with accessing these documents using any alternative browser (i.e., Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome) that may be available to you.
